Monday Blog Posts

Every Monday you can look forward to a brand new blog post.  These will be very informal and range from opinion pieces, to personal updates, and favorite things.  This is also a great place to check in for announcements on upcoming events and series premiers.

Continuation and Summary of the Study Hacks Series

Organize page header - bookshelf of books - copy right restricted.jpg

If you have not already checked out this series I highly recommend it.  This is a semi-deep dive into suggestions to help you study smarter, along with a bit of an explanation as to why these strategies might be beneficial.  There are a few more that I wanted finish up before switching gears. Hopefully I don’t get too distracted with adding more, that is usually what happens.

Introduction of the Organizational Tips Series

I love to organize and declutter.  I truly believe that organization can enhance any study habits that you try to implement.  This series will also be semi-in-depth and be accompanied with videos as well. I am also excited about this series because it gives us a chance to experiment with different products and routines.

Return of the Tutorial Videos

I would really like to get back to posting tutorial videos.  I wanted to revamp how they were presented by shortening each video and instead, adding more videos breaking down the topics into single concepts.  Also, I think I will start with the eukaryotic cell and expand up the tree of life from there, rather than jumping straight into the chordates. I found that there were so many instances where I used up valuable time going back to explain ancestral characters when if I could have linked to an established video would have saved time for those that did not require the background information.  I think this is the most exciting announcement for me, simply because this is my passion.

These are the top projects that will be coming over the course of 2019.  Stay tuned here, or on my Instagram @AbsolutelyStudying, for upcoming dates.  There are a couple other projects in the works as well, but those are still in the formative stages and will be announced at a later date.  Are there any subjects you would like to see added? Let me know in the comments below.
